Aim and Scope

Journal of Translational Proteomics Research is a scientific journal providing a scholarly forum for novel scientific research in the field of translational proteomics. It covers all areas of human proteomics using multi-disciplinary approaches to untangle complex disease processes .Proteins are fundamental parts of living organisms, as they are the main components of the physiological metabolic pathways of cells. The cause of most human disease lies in the functional dysregulation of protein interactions. Proteomics, which includes the study of cellular protein interactions, has evolved from advances in scientific knowledge and technology.

Areas of interest are ( but not limited to)

  • Clinical Proteomics and Personalized medicine
  • Comparative proteomics and drug development
  • Medical bioinformatics and biostatistics
  • Biomarkers
  • Proteogenomics
  • Immunoproteomics
  • Phosphoproteomics
  • Translational Systems Biology and Integrative Bioinformatics
  • Toxicogenomics
  • Pharmacoproteomics

The goal of this journal is to keep a record of the state-of-the-art research and to promote information and knowledge about Translational Proteomics field. We welcome original research articles, reviews and short communications etc.
