Abstract | |
Fluorine -18 Fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG)-positron emission tomography (PET)/ computer tomography (CT)(F 18 FDG PET/CT) is used in staging of prostate cancer if Ga 68 PSMA is not available. Adrenal metastasis from prostate cancer is a rare phenomenon that is infrequently diagnosed incidentally during imaging. We report the first case of 65-year old patient diagnosed as poorly differentiated prostate adenocarcinoma presenting with adrenal metastases imaged using F- 18 FDG PET/CT. |
