Abstract

This research aimed to review previous literature related to innovative work behavior (IWB) and analyze its empirical implementation in village owned enterprises (VOE) in Indonesia. This research was very significant at the ontological level and sociological level for improving IWB. The research problem was very interesting to analyze by conducting simple literature review as library study and its implementation as an empirical study. Library data were collected through simple systematic review. Empirical data were collected through questionnaire and analyzed statistically by smart PLS. The results of the research indicated that Innovative Work Behavior has to be developed in the context of village-owned enterprises. This result provides recommendations for academicians and practitioners to improve the development and implementation of IWB.
