Abstract

This study analyzed the development of continuity of care research using bibliometric methods and data from the Scopus database. The results showed a significant increase in the number of publications and citations in the field from 2020 to 2023. The analysis also revealed a broad range of topics related to continuity of care, including patient engagement, coordination among health professionals, and the use of technology. The study highlights the importance of continuity of care in the health care industry and the need for ongoing research in this field. The results of this analysis can inform future research efforts to improve the quality of care for patients and provide valuable information for researchers, health care providers, and policy makers.
